Is there any way to export account balance history?

Thank you for reaching out! At this time there is no way to export account balance history in Quicken Simplifi. You can only import account balance history: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/8912157-how-to-import-account-balance-history#h_e6e4a91780
However, the Net Worth Report does show all historical and current balances of your accounts in Quicken Simplifi!
