CareCredit returning a fdp-102 error

Hi,
My CareCredit account has had a fdp-102 error for the past 9 days. I've tried to reconnect and it doesn't work, still giving the fdp-102 error.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this problem. To troubleshoot this issue, since it's already been going on longer than 48 hours, please follow these steps:
- Make the account manual. For instructions, click here.
- Add the account back into your Quicken Simplifi. For instructions, click here.
- Carefully link the account to the existing account in your Quicken Simplifi. For instructions, click here.
