NEW 1/26/26: MyCardStatement returns FDP-102 error

We are receiving reports that users are unable to connect to instances for www.mycardstatement.com due to an FDP-102 error. Below is a list of the FIs affected by this issue.

• NewBridge Bank - Credit Card
• Northview Bank Credit Card
• People's Trust & Svgs Bk CCard
• TCM Bank - Credit Card
• Clean Water Action Credit Card
• EZCardInfo.com
• Heartland Bank Credit Card
• MidSouth Bank LA - Credit Card

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.
