Deleting My Account

Greetings,

I recall a post about account and data deletion, and that contacting one of the coaches here would get that done for you. I can't locate that thread, so I contacted @Coach Jon via private message since he has always been very responsive to any questions and/or problems I've had while using Simplifi.

He responded quickly and said that @Coach Natalie [removed - accuracy] and to please contact her. I did, and she responded that I needed to post my request here on the forum for some reason.

So, here I am asking for someone to assist me with deleting my Simplifi account from the Simplifi server or cloud or whatever the proper term is. I have already disconnected all accounts from within Simplifi on my end.

This product is simply too much work and I have found something else where everything works as designed and better suits my needs.

    To clarify, you were asked to reach out to the Community because we do not provide support via Community DMs. I apologize that you were given that impression prior.

    With that, to move forward with a data deletion request, we'd need to confirm whether you're looking to just have your Quicken Simplifi dataset removed, which is all of the data you input into the program, or if you're looking to have your entire Quicken Account removed from our systems.

    I would like to only have my Quicken Simplifi dataset removed, as I do use another Quicken product. Thanks much.

    @TheReal702, done! I have deleted your Quicken Simplifi dataset.

    Please note that while your Quicken Simplifi membership is still active, you'll be able to sign in. Upon doing so, a new dataset will be created. I also noticed that you haven't disabled your auto-renew yet, so you may want to sign into your Quicken.com account to do so. Otherwise, you will be automatically renewed in October.
