Thanks for reaching out! I can also see that error message when checking from our side for you. I know that we do have two different instances available in Quicken Simplifi for Rocket Mortgage. You are currently using the Plaid instance, from what I can see. Can you verify if the other instance works for you any better?
You can follow the steps below and then select the other Rocket Mortgage instance when going through the Add Account flow step.
