Hello @disc2120,
Thanks for reaching out! I would have you try the following steps to see if they work in resolving the issue you are seeing here.
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
After these steps have been done, please allow 24 hours to see if the issue is resolved regarding your holdings. Let us know how this goes!

Did your problem fix itself? Because this morning I have the very same erroneous error but with FZFXX, which is Fidelity Treasury Money Market fund, which should be $1 per share and not millions.
And, of course, I cannot edit the price. I have reset, made it manual, reconnected. No difference, Simplifi is pulling this price from somewhere; it isn't coming from Fidelity.
Fortunately, it isn't affecting the balance, but it is disconcerting. I will be glad to sell this for the listed price if anyone wants it. I could use 9 million dollars.

Nope and thanks for confirming that that manual reset doesn't work so I don't have to waste my time with that.

Edit: I discovered my problem was the experimental browser, which up to down has been rock solid. I went back to Safari and Chrome, and the problem went away.
I am pretty sure that the share prices are downloaded daily from their price provider. Either the provider is sending the wrong price or Simplifi is downloading it wrong. That is probably why the reset isn't working because Fidelity downloads the symbol and the number of shares, but this other thing downloads the price.
The price is right in Quicken Classic, and I would be surprised if they are using a different provider. OTOH, Classic updates more often than once per day.
Fidelity's balance is what is shown for the account value and the portfolio balance is a computation done in Simplifi.
Edit: Oh and I made the account manual and updated the holding manually. It didn't fix it because the FZFXX that it uses was still wrong. I was able to find another FZFXX that worked, but once I reconnected, Fidelity downloaded the other FZFXX symbol and it was once again messed it up with the erroneous price.

@disc2120 I found my problem. It was the browser. When I went to iPhone app, it was correct, and I was able to update the cost. Then went back to the browser and the cost was updated but not the price.
That made me suspicious of my browser, so went to Chrome and it was CORRECT. So it was the Safari version I was using. I went back to the shipping version of Safari, and it was correct. I had to delete the Safari app and recreate it, but it has stayed right since then.
So are you on the latest version of the app? I am on 6.42 (6.43 is supposed to be coming soon). I am on Web App 6.4.0. Of course, I'll wait to see when prices update again tomorrow though it might be Monday, but I pretty sure now that was not the problem.
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Looks like it might be Android app. Let us know what you find out.
Of course, your problem might not be the same one I had. But I would exhaust possibilities. If none of that works, reconnect the accounts as @Coach Jon suggested, just so he can be able open a support ticket.

I was able to resolve this issue by clearing cache (uninstall/reinstall also works) on my simplifi app.
