Request for Update: OnePay Card Support in Quicken Simplifi

Grateful for any updates on this request to add OnePay support to Quicken Simplifi.

Manually adding an account shouldn’t be the expected workaround when users are paying for a subscription specifically to keep finances fully automated and accurate. OnePay is not a niche or rarely used card—it’s actively used by many customers, and its absence creates a real gap in account coverage.

I appreciate the work your team does and hope this request can be prioritized, or at least that a clear status update or roadmap consideration can be shared.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Best regards,
Marisela

    Hello @macanach,

Thank you for your feedback regarding adding OnePay to Quicken SImplifi. I see you have already commented on the financial institution request thread for OnePay, but I will post it here as well in case any other users come across this thread and want to vote for it.

As for your feedback, although OnePay has definitely been requested from our end, we cannot guarantee that a requested bank will be added. With that being said, I'd definitely suggest following along there for any future updates on this request.

    Thank you for the update.

I understand that not all requested institutions can be guaranteed support. That said, I’d like to emphasize that for many users, OnePay is not a niche or optional account. It’s actively used as a primary spending account, and the lack of support impacts the core value proposition of Simplifi: automated, accurate financial tracking.

For users on a paid subscription, maintaining major accounts manually is not a sustainable workaround, particularly when transactions are frequent and balances change often. In practice, this becomes less of a feature request and more of a functional gap.

I appreciate that the request has been logged and encouraged others to vote, and I’ll continue to follow the thread. I hope OnePay can be prioritized given its growing adoption and relevance to everyday financial management.

Thank you for listening to user feedback.
