Thank you for letting us know you're still impacted by this issue. To help troubleshoot, please confirm if you have already followed the troubleshooting steps from the Community Alert:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Make sure you’re running the latest version of the app (install any updates if prompted)
If those steps do not correct the issue, then please provide more details:
- Is this happening in the Web App, the Mobile App, or both?
- If it's happening in the Web App, which browser are you using?
- Does using a different browser help?
- If it's happening in the Mobile App, is this happening on an Android device or an Apple device?
- Is it happening with a tablet, a smartphone, or a different kind of device?
- Which version of the operating system is the device using?
- If it's happening in the Web App, which browser are you using?
- What kind of asset accounts are impacted?
- Are the problem asset accounts connected to Zillow or Kelley Blue Book?
