Need account support for Beacon Bank & Trust (Berkshire Bank FDP-101)
My bank, Berkshire Bank of New England, was acquired by Beacon Bank & Trust (beaconbank.com). They shutdown the Berkshire logins a couple of weeks. I need Simplifi to add support for BEacon Bank. Without this support Simplifi is no longer useful to me. How soon could I expect support to be added?

When checking your connection attempts with Berkshire Bank WC from our end, it looks like you're receiving an FDP-101 error, which is a known issue. Our Alert here can be followed for updates:
Typically, with bank mergers and things of that nature, we'd want to troubleshoot and escalate the existing connection to determine the correct path forward, versus leaving an open request for the non-supported new bank. Since this issue has already been escalated, that process is already in place. Once we have an update, we will post it to the Alert!
In the meantime, you can track the account manually to keep your records up-to-date. Our support article here goes over adding manual transactions in Quicken Simplifi:
