New Feature Alert: Products & Services for QBP!

We’re excited to introduce a new Products & Services section—now available in Early Access on the Quicken Business & Personal Web App!

This new feature brings all of your Invoice, Estimate, and Sales Receipt items into one centralized, easy-to-manage location—making it easier to organize, edit, and create items for your clients.

The Products & Services section is expected to arrive on the Quicken Business & Personal Mobile App later this week.

What’s new?

• View all of your Invoice, Estimate, and Sales Receipt items in one place
• Easily edit existing items or add new ones
• Designate each item as a Product or Service
  • Existing items will default to Service, but can be updated anytime
• Filter items by All, Services, or Products
• Search items and filter by taxable or non-taxable
• When creating or editing items from a Client, Invoice, Estimate, or Sales Receipt, you’ll now see Product and Service options

Update: Products & Services CSV Import Now Available

We’re excited to share that Products & Services can now be imported via CSV in Quicken Business & Personal!

Here’s how it works:

• CSV Import Support – Products & Services can now be uploaded using a CSV file, similar to other import options in Quicken Simplifi.
• Downloadable Template – A template is available to help format your file correctly before importing.
• Column Matching – If your CSV column headers don’t exactly match Quicken Business & Personal's fields, you’ll be prompted to map your columns during the import process.
• Preview & Issue Detection – Before importing, you’ll see a Preview screen that highlights any issues and explains what needs attention.
• Partial Imports Allowed – If some issues aren’t resolved, Quicken Business & Personal will still import the valid entries it can.
• Import Summary – After the import completes, you’ll receive a summary showing any items that were not imported, so you can review and address them if needed.

Please note: This feature is currently available on the Web App only.

This enhancement should make it much easier to add or migrate your Products & Services data into Quicken Business & Personal!
