Principal Financial Group account not pulling current balance

The account connects and it pulls in the account details but the balance is always 0.

When reviewing your accounts on our end, I see one account in Quicken Simplifi connected to Principal Financial Group called "Individual Life"—is that the account in question? If so, I also see the $0 balance in our system. What is the account balance on the bank's website? Also, is this an investment account in Quicken Simplifi?
