Support for tracking partial real estate and mortgage values via linked accounts (edited)

I share a house with my partner and want to be able to use the tool to track half of the real estate asset as well as half the mortgage liability. I know I can do it manually, but I'd like to use the Zillow and bank connection tools to automatically update both things.
