HSA Bank - Known Issue Prioritization (edited)
Hello,
There are a lot of discussions and existing issues, some of which are nearly a year old, as related to HSA Bank. Can the development team re-prioritize this connection endpoint soon? HSA Bank is a major supplier of HSA accounts for USA corporations.

After checking your connection attempts with HSA Bank on our end, I see successful connections. The only known issue I'm aware of with HSA Bank is being unable to add HSA Invest accounts. Is this the issue you're experiencing? If so, please be sure to follow along with our Alert for updates:
We in the Community don't have any insight or control over the prioritization of online banking issues, but I can assure you that this issue is being actively worked on. As soon as we have any news to share, including a resolution, we will post it to the Alert.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually to keep your records up to date. To do so, you would first need to add a manual investment account:
And then you can add holdings and/or cash in the Portfolio to give the account a value:
