Pending transactions not downloading from Citizens (edited)
I use First Citizens bank and Trust. I have set my account to balance with pending transactions. I have allowed it to update many times and even reconnected the accounts and it still is not showing pending transactions or the correct account balance that includes the pending transactions. Does anyone know how to fix this or have had this issue with this bank? I just switched from Rocket money and had 0 issues with this using Rocket money, so I know my bank can do it.

First, I'd like to explain how the 'Balance with Pending' feature works in Quicken Simplifi, as well as how pending transactions work.
- Most banks allow pending transactions to download in Quicken Simplifi; if this does not occur with your bank, it is likely not something they support
- The 'Balance with Pending' option doesn't have anything to do with pending transactions downloading in Quicken Simplifi
- This is a program feature that allows any transaction in a 'pending' state to be counted toward the balance reported by your bank, whether downloaded as pending or manually entered as pending
- If your bank doesn't download pending transactions, and doesn't include pending transactions in the balance they provide, you will need to do 2 things to have pending transactions counted toward your balance in Quicken Simplifi:
- Manually enter any pending transactions as "pending" in Quicken Simplifi:
- Use the 'Balance with Pending' balance option for the account, so those manually entered pending transactions are counted toward the balance being provided by the bank
