Previously, transactions tied to bills or recurring series had a visual indicator in
the transaction list. This was genuinely useful for scanning my transactions
quickly. I could immediately see:
- Which transactions are expected recurring charges that don't need close attention
- Which large transactions are NOT recurring and might need a second look (e.g., did
the system miss tagging a car payment or utility bill as recurring?)
With the new table features, there's no way to tell at a glance whether a transaction is part
of a recurring series or not. This feels like a regression or a bug. The recurring indicator
was one of those small details that made Simplifi great for staying on top of your
finances without having to click into every transaction.
Minor: Horizontal scroll on the transaction table
The new table seems to be slightly wider than its container, probably due to the
settings/config column on the right. This introduces a small amount of horizontal
(left-right) scroll when using a trackpad. It makes the table feel loose and
imprecise when swiping. The header row can get slightly offset from the data rows. A
transaction table should only scroll vertically.
