Streamline the Category Assignment Process when Getting Started (edited)

It seems that it is not SIMPLE to create 98% of the categories and subcategories! It would seem to be such an easy fix to auto populate so many more transactions that AI should recognize common to so many customers ie. a utility bill that says “electric” or when “Diner” appears in the name of a restaurant etc. This would have been so helpful and less time consuming as we set up for the first time!
