Reminders aren't updating for Amex card using Bill Connect for Credit Cards (edited)

After some initial bumps, the Bill Connect feature for credit cards is mostly working well - with the exception of my American Express credit card. For all my other credit cards (Chase, Citi, Capital One, even Gap/Barclays) the reminders for the upcoming payment adjust to the latest statement amount shortly after the statement period closes. And during the billing cycle, the reminder for the following payment stays at the pre-set amount unless the balance gets higher than that in which case it adjusts upward - a nice feature that anticipates typical spending unless spending is high that month. However, my American Express credit card does not update to the correct statement balance amount after closing. The reminder shows the green check mark, but the amount is not the true statement balance. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

I have run into issues getting my asset accounts to update so either I worked through it or create the account for manual updates, etc.

However, as you mention above my American Express Credit Card Account is not updating the balance correctly as it continously shows - $0.00 (I wish) but the account transactions do update. I do not want to delete this account and re-establish an entire new account. What is happening here, more importantly how does this get fixed?

To be clear, the balance on my AmEx account and all the transactions are syncing fine. My issue is only with the automatic updates of the reminders for future bill payments using the Bill Connect feature.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your issue with American Express, does the amount eventually update to show the correct amount after closing? There is a 3-day buffer after the statement closes before the final amount appears in Quicken Simplifi.

I would also verify whether turning off Bill Connect for American Express and then turning it back on resolves this issue.
