After some initial bumps, the Bill Connect feature for credit cards is mostly working well - with the exception of my American Express credit card. For all my other credit cards (Chase, Citi, Capital One, even Gap/Barclays) the reminders for the upcoming payment adjust to the latest statement amount shortly after the statement period closes. And during the billing cycle, the reminder for the following payment stays at the pre-set amount unless the balance gets higher than that in which case it adjusts upward - a nice feature that anticipates typical spending unless spending is high that month. However, my American Express credit card does not update to the correct statement balance amount after closing. The reminder shows the green check mark, but the amount is not the true statement balance. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
