Still receiving new bill e-mails after having dataset deleted (edited)
I no longer use Simplifi. I have deleted all of my accounts in Simplifi and @Coach Natalie deleted my data from the server/cloud/whatever. However, I continue to receive "New Bill" emails even though I have all of the notifications switched off.
How can I stop this from occurring?

Thanks for letting us know! If you select "View in Simplifi" or "Preference Center" within the email, can you let us know what occurs?
Are you able to still manage your notification preferences there?

Since I'm on a Mac desktop, when I click on "View in Simplifi" in the email I'm taken to the "Bills and Income" (overview) page of the web app. There is nothing there as I have deleted all information, and the data set was also deleted.
If I click on "Preference Center" I'm taken to settings > notifications where I have everything turned off.

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like you still have an active subscription and a current dataset within Quicken Simplifi when I check from our side. If you would like, I can have this dataset deleted and your subscription cancelled immediately. Just let us know!

It looks like this dataset was created on 02/02/26, after we deleted the first dataset. This can happen after signing back into Quicken Simplifi, even after a dataset has been deleted.
We will go ahead and cancel your subscription and delete the dataset with your permission. Be sure to let us know if that resolves the issue you reported with the emails being received. Thank you!
