[RESOLVED] 2/28/26: Manual Account Balance Discrepancy or $0 Balance

We are currently investigating an issue where manual accounts either have a balance discrepancy or show a $0 balance in Simplifi.

We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    RESOLVED 3/2/26

    This alert has been marked as resolved, as users can use the "Re-sync balance" option available in manual accounts to immediately fix manual account balance discrepancies.
