I've tried multiple times to reconnect to my B of A account. I go through the entire process and consent to sharing my info with Simplifi and nothing updates.
The post from Simplifi about the migration didn't really give much detail except that something was happening.

I'm seeing updates but they are delayed longer. No pending updates come in, and all transactions are a day behind, current day transactions are missing, even if cleared and not pending.

I reported this and supposedly they're looking at it. Anyone's guess if or when it gets fixed though

Thank you for reaching out! I am not seeing an error on our side for you when connecting to Bank of America. Can you clarify what you mean by nothing being updated after connecting? Are you receiving an error, or is it not connecting on your end at all?

There's no error per se, but pending transactions and available balances are not syncing from BofA since the connectivity changes. Fwiw I tried syncing with another account aggregator that uses Plaid for connectivity and got the same result. So it is probably something with the new BofA connectivity itself or how whatever conduits Simplifi uses interface with it.

I'm seeing the same issue. Transactions with a BoA status of "Processing" are not syncing to Simplifi, nor are same-day transactions that are "Cleared". This started with the Feb 24 Simplifi app update, when I was prompted to reauth with "new improved way to connect…"
Have tried Incognito (eg fresh clean cache) and resetting the connection, same results. There is evidently a major API migration underway at BoA, could be the aggregator service Simplifi uses (Plaid or the like) needs to update at the platform level?2 -

Simplifi forced me to update my connection last week and since then pending transactions are no longer showing up. Once the transaction clears - then it shows up on my register.

Possibly related to the same issue - I noticed today that on bofa the pending balance is not changing, so it's high and not reflecting cleared debits since this issue began. Changing from pending to bank balance display shows the correct current balance

Yes - an ETA for the fix would be great. Visibility into same-day / processing transactions is actually the key differentiator that led me to choose Simplifi over competitors (TillerHQ, etc.). Really hoping to see this restored ASAP.

This issue makes the app effectively useless. I rely on correct reporting of my accounts to make decisions on my spending, but because of this problem, I cannot. My financial reporting is now basically running blind. I would appreciate an accurate ETA to when a fix will be available. Thank you.

Previously I would see pending transactions at the top and then cleared below. I am no longer seeing pending transactions. And yes, I have balance with pending selected.

Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your issue, can you confirm whether you are seeing any pending transactions? Or are they no longer downloading within Quicken Simplifi at all? Can you also confirm whether this is occurring with every account or just a certain one?
I can state that the "Balance with Pending" setting does not impact transactions showing up or not, so it would not matter in the case that they are not downloading. Let us know!

Are you referring to them not included in the balance? Or just that they don't show at all? If the latter, it could just be a "sorting" issue. Try clicking the Status column once or twice to see if that fixes it. It's also possible to filter by that column now, by clicking the three dots menu at the top right corner of the column header. You can check there if there's any filtering involved.

Click the Date column and make sure you have the most recent dates at the top. You may have to click twice on the Date. If you sort by the other columns, the Pending transactions will be mixed in according to category, tag, payee, etc.

No it is none of those. Previously above the header with the month and year there was another header which said Pending. Beneath that it listed all my pending transactions. I have enabled the status column but I see no status on any transactions. I also have on balance include pending

Just to clarify your situtation:
When you look at your account on the financial institution's website, are there any pending transactions?
If there are, are those transactions missing in the Transaction Activity list for that account in Simplifi? Or are they present but not shown as "pending"?

Yes when I look at my bank (bank of america) there are numerous transaction classified as "processing" or pending. When I look in simplifi (both web, and app) I see nothing for days now. I have reset the connection, logged out, cleared all cookies and cache in chrome. I have tried both the web and the app and see the same.
Thank you all for the help no luck. Seems like there was an app update. If it helps I am on a mac using the web version in chrome. For the app I am on Android with google pixel.

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like the issue is not really related to whether a transaction is pending or not pending. Instead, it's that your transactions (of either type) aren't downloading.
Is that right? Or do the transactions go ahead and download when they switch from pending to not pending on the bank website? If it's the latter, then it seems that the bank isn't downloading pending transactions.

What happens if you create a manual transaction for this connected account, and give it the Pending status? (You can delete it after, I'm just curious if it shows up.)
Maybe give it an amount of $0 so it doesn't affect anything, in case you can't find it to delete it.

Blank status means cleared, so it sounds like as Dryheat wonders below that you haven't downloaded any pending transactions. Try what EL1234 says and add a manual pending transaction to see if it shows up.
It is the weekend so perhaps you won't get anything new to download until Monday or even Tuesday. It could just be a bank glitch that will resolve itself (I assume you are talking about one bank account and not several?). If not, Coach Jon tomorrow can try to help you with the bank connection. You've already reset it so I don't see anything else you could try right now. (Except you could try making this bank account a manual account, going to the web site of your bank and revoking access to Quicken, and then try adding a new account at this bank. When it finds it, be sure to link it to your now manual account. This has the effect of clearing everything out and starting fresh but you won't lose your previous transactions.)
You can if you wish add your pending transactions manually. I have several accounts that don't download pending, eg., Capital One Bank. And I have had banks not download for some reason a transaction here or there that I have had to add myself. Go figure.

when is this going to be fixed? This app used to be so useful to me but with the pending transactions missing it’s requiring me to look up my bank account to get the pending transactions and manually enter them so I can get accurate forecasts. It kind of defeats the purpose of the app

so you’re almost a week late on the eta you gave? 🫤. Quicken is now inventing fantasy transactions with incorrect $ amts for me.

Mine, and I suspect many other’s patience is running very thin due to this issue and broken promises as to when the fix will be implemented. I still have 3 days left of the trial period and I suspect that I’ll be requesting a full refund.

Yup!! They will fix it soon, it will be fine for a couple months, then back to the same issues… I've been doing this on and off for almost 2 years with the same issues… then some will ask, "Are you sorting by date? Did you select 'with pending', 'did you reset the connection', did you do this and that, send us the screen shots… The forums are full of these issues… never ends… What I'm amazed about is that "Quicken" allow this to go on and on and embarrass their good name. AND we have to pay for this… just my 2c, but still keep paying because I'm stupid…
