PayPal account does not show most recent posted transactions

I haveI have found that now I can add my PayPal credit account (as it was not adding properly to Simplifi until recently due to a very long ongoing issue) to Quicken Simplifi but now I noticed that it's not showing my latest posted transactions. These are transactions that are not pending on the PayPal credit account site and are posted. Additionally I found that although the filter says it's going back to 2023 it's not pulling in all of those transactions since 2023 and so I had to manually import the ones that I wanted that were from prior years that didn't truly come imported into QS by default.

I am in an email chain with support on the missing latest posted transactions and sent them screenshots of both accounts showing the discrepancy.

Also note there are no filters applied that should be excluding these transactions from showing up in my account view. And my account is set up to show balance with pending option.

@taxman3349 Please post here for confirmation you too are experiencing this issue incase this is not just a single user experience.

@Jrunner01, thanks for letting us know about this issue!

I’m glad to hear you were able to import your transaction history! For the main issue of recent transactions not downloading, since you’re already working directly with our Chat/Phone Support team, we’d ask that you continue doing so. We wouldn’t want to work on the same issue here in the Community if it’s already been reported through another support channel.

That said, we can absolutely keep this thread open in case other users come along experiencing the same issue!
