Add a year-over-year comparison to the Monthly Summary Report (edited)

My income & expenses can vary significantly month-to-month such that this month vs. prior month comparisons aren't all that helpful. Adding a Year-over-Year comparison would be very helpful (i.e. comparing to the same month in prior year.
