Recurring transactions, projected cash flow, and spending plan all zeroed out after upgrading to QBP

Is it expected behavior to have your simplifi recurring transactions, projected cash flow, and spending plan all zeroed out?

    Thank you for reaching out! Can you please clarify what you mean by "zeroed out"? Are all of your recurring transactions now missing after upgrading your subscription? Is the Spending Plan showing $0 for each tab? Perhaps sharing a couple of screenshots would help us to understand what you are seeing on your side. Let us know!

    Hi Coach Jon, yes, the spending plan was replaced and the upcoming bills and income are $0. There are no recurring transactions. I have opened submitted screenshots and log files through the help chat.

    I have several transactions overdue, upcoming, both bills/subscriptions and income and all of it is gone.

    I was so surprised that there was no backup available to restore in order to get back the missing information.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
