NEW 3/5/26: Pending transactions are delayed in impacting the balance for connected accounts
We are currently seeing an issue in Quicken Simplifi where pending transactions entered into a connected account that is set to ‘Balance with pending’ are no longer immediately impacting the balance. This applies to both manually entered and downloaded pending transactions in the connected account. Users are reporting that it takes several minutes to an hour to see the pending transaction be counted toward the balance in Quicken Simplifi.
This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do. If you're experiencing this issue in Quicken Simplifi, please allow some time for the balance to update while we work on this.
