California State Teachers Retirement at this time FDP-101 error (edited)

My existing connection to CalSTRS has not updated for nearly six months. It gives an error of:

We are unable to connect to California State Teachers Retirement at this time.
Care Code: FDP-101

I believe this is related to CalSTRS changing the domain of their interface to my.calstrs.com which is different from the old one.

This new domain does not appear in the list of accounts that can be added.

    @dawsondmd, thanks for reaching out to the Community with this issue!

    When checking your connection attempts from our end, I'm able to confirm the FDP-101 error with 'California State Teachers Retireme'. I see that the FDP-101 error is listed as a known issue with our service provider (KI-36446495), but it just started last week, on 2/26, whereas it sounds like it has been happening for quite a bit longer for you.

    Just to make sure, since you said the error is happening on an existing account in Quicken Simplifi, let's have you follow these steps to make the account manual and re-link it, which will establish a completely fresh connection with the bank:

    1. Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

    If the FDP-101 error persists after doing so, please let us know, and we can look into creating an Alert for the known issue so you and other users can follow for updates.
