American Express FDP-101 error (edited)

I am a longtime user of various Quicken products. I just installed Simplifi and am unable to link my American Express accounts. These are crucial to my budgeting. Please note that I tried to link during quiet hours, Sunday, etc.

Please advise.

    Hi JKT,

    I use the basic Quicken (Intuit) connection for my AmEx credit card. And when I had a Rewards Checking account, it worked fine downloading from americanexpress.com, so keep trying. I know some people have trouble with the AmEx Savings account from time to time. But my AmEx updated fine this morning.
