Manual Bank accounts show $0 in reports

My Checking, Savings, cash & credit all show zero in net worth reports, only on manual accounts. Re-sync does nothing.

So your manual accounts all show zero in net worth reports? So they are right in the Accounts Bar? Are they right when you go to Transaction List (Registers). Since you say Re-Sync does nothing, I think you mean they are actually $0.00 in the transaction lists. . .

When you say net worth reports, do you mean the Net Worth Report under Reports or do you mean the Net Worth (New) module under the Menu Options?

Manual Accounts sometimes do get messed up but will correct themselves after a while. But it is unusual for all of them to be wrong at the same time.

Also, just to clarify do you have any connected accounts where you download transactions?
