I've wasted close to half an hour on this and it's super aggravating. Everything was fine until recently when we opened a new credit card with Citibank or Citi or Citi Cards, whoever it was! Why are there two such banks listed? Either one will get to the credit cards, yet it seems Quicken treats them as different, so I just wasted a bunch of time figuring out what happened, then creating some comments and planned transactions on the new account and deleting the old one. SIGH Why? It's a mess. Now one of my wife's cards is listed on the Account settings page as under Citibank with a blue logo/white letters, the other is with a "different" bank: Citi Cards with white logo/blue letters. What's going on? Should I just leave it alone and have her two accounts showing as from two different banks, when they're obviously not. We log into Citi.com to see both accounts shown on the bank's web page.
