Boeing Employees' Credit Union FDP-106 error [Edited]

I have not been able to get updates from my Boeing Employee's Credit Union (BECU) accounts for a couple of days now. repeated attempts to re-connect have failed.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is this happening when you're trying to add/reconnect the accounts, or when you're trying to update them?

    The accounts were not updating and I was getting the message "Account needs attention

    (Care code: FDP-106)".

    I have tried to "Reconnect" the account, but the login process fails. I can still login to the account from a browser window.

    To help further investigate the issue, please provide more information:

    1. What type of banking accounts are you trying to reconnect?
      • E.g., checking account, savings account, investment accounts, etc.
    2. What is the account nickname as it appears on the bank's website?
    3. Have there been any changes to the bank’s website?
    4. Has there been activity on the account within the last 90 days?
    5. What is the exact URL (web address) you see once you have signed in to the bank's website?

    Please also send logs. To send logs, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the upper right-hand corner.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    I'm having the same problem. Same error, just started happening on its own without any changes to account nicknames or site urls or anything.

  • I'm having the same issue. It could be on the BECU side of things since I'm having trouble adding them as an external account on another bank's website.

    I had the same problem, but seem to be connected again.

    Recurring transactions are not showing in the Projected graph

    I was able to reconnect this morning and BECU accounts updated.
