Ability to set a Time Zone (edited)

Hi,

I wish there is a timezone setting that can be set independently. Currently, when I add transactions, I often have to wait for the time to 'catch up' for it to reflect in my accounts.

It'd be great if I could set my timezone to my region, so my accounts are always synced to my location 😊.

I wonder what time zone you are in. I have found this to happen to me too because I get up early in the Central Time zone. It sometimes thinks it's still yesterday. It usually fixes itself but if I use today's date, it will sometimes make it a future dated transaction. However, I don't notice it often and it hasn't happened lately.

So, the issue is that the app date is lagging behind? For example, you get up today (March 24) and enter a transaction with the date March 24, but the system thinks it is still March 23 so it treats it as a future transaction?

@DryHeat Yep, that is what it does. I rarely enter a transaction that early but it has happened, but not lately, so cannot swear it is still happening to me. As i say, in a few hours it fixes itself.

It seems to happen before 4am CT. Lately I am not getting up quite as early; more around 430 (I'm sort of glad because waking up at 3am is a drag). Next time I am up early, I'll do a test transaction to see if it still happens.
