No balance or transaction updates since friday (edited)

No changes have been made to settings, but none of the bank transactions or account totals have been updated for 3 days now. I am a new user and deciding whether to keep the program - why would this occur? Does this occur often? How is it remedied?

Thanks for letting us know! To help clarify your issue, can you let us know whether this applies to all accounts or a single account in Quicken Simplifi? Does this issue affect more than one financial institution in Quicken Simplifi? Are you receiving a specific error when connecting, or are no transactions downloading at all, even though you're connected?
