FDP - 101 Banking errors not being addressed

There are errors syncing banking info since 10/25 with the error code FDP-101. It doesn't appear there is attention being placed on rectifying these items. How do we elevate them in status? There is not a way within the thread to ask?

    Thanks for reaching out! We may need more information in order to better assist you. Can you please clarify which banks you are experiencing FDP-101 errors with? If these banks already have alerts that you have noticed, you can rest assured that they are being worked on by our product team!
