Downgrading from Simplifi Business & Personal - which "Space" migrates?

I just upgraded to Simplifi Business & Personal mainly just to get the additional "Space" to manage family accounts that shouldn't be co-mingled with mine. If I want to go back to Simplifi, i.e., downgrade from Business & Personal, but I have two "Spaces" in Business & Personal, which "Space " migrates to Simplifi (since Simplifi can only manage one Space)?
