How to do IRA transfer to checking with taxes taken out?

I did a distribution from my IRA to checking and had taxes withheld. I can't figure out how to add this transaction. Adding it from the IRA side the transaction page doesn't seem to have a transfer option, just buying/selling shares. If I do a split transaction to add (+) funds on the checking account side, it doesn't seem to work either cant do a deduction (-) for the taxes portion.

You have to do a payment/deposit. You’ll have to do 2 transactions because QS doesn’t accept splits in Investment accounts.
