Net Worth: Add a toggle to "include all accounts" in the View Included Accounts screen (edited)

The new Net Worth tab is very handy, but it would be nice if I could quickly toggle back and forth between showing all accounts and excluding some accounts. The "included accounts" feature would stay exactly the same, and the toggle would just control whether the exclusions are applied. It's a small thing, but it would be nice QoL.
One use case is being able to switch back and forth between total net worth and liquid net worth with one click.
