Simplifi keeps saying can’t connect to Citibank

despite authenticating successfully many times Simplifi keeps reporting a connection issue and asking to reconnect.

- What exact error message are you seeing? Is it a generic "can't connect" or does it include a specific error code? If you can provide a screen shot, that would be helpful.
- Additionally, instead of just tapping "Reconnect," have you tried fully removing your Citibank account from Simplifi and adding it back as a brand new account?
