FDP-103 Error for ADP 401k Retirement Account (mykplan.com)

I have been having this issue for the past 3 months where Simplifi just doesn't connect. I have read through numerous discussions, called Simplifi, called ADP 401k but with no luck. I am lost, completely! Could really use some help.

    Hi @modichirag, I am sorry that this issue with connecting your ADP Retirement Account has persisted this long.

    Can you please let me know what steps you have already tried to try and resolve this issue?

    Have you tried resetting your mykplan.com password? A fresh password forces the connection to re-authenticate cleanly.

    Additionally, have you tried connecting with any other of the ADP instances? There are several different instances of your bank that you can add in the Add Account screen. Check to see if you’re using the correct one.

    I also suggest that you verify your login information is correct. Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
