FDP-101 with Unitus Community Credit Union (edited)
I am using Quicken Simplifi. Starting early last week, I have been unable to connect to Unitus CCU to update my accounts. I tried to reset the connection, and have been unable to sign in to make the connection. When I try, I get a FDP-101 Care Code.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Since you're unable to reconnect the accounts, and I can see the issue has been ongoing for more than 48 hours, please send logs to help our teams investigate. To send logs, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key (Mac) or the Alt key (Windows), and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
Please let us know once the logs are sent!

Thanks for reaching out! I would also have you try the following steps to verify if they help resolve this issue for you:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

I just tried this, to no effect. Still getting the FDP-101 error when trying to connect to Unitus.
