NEW 5/12/26: Bank of America - FDP-390 Fix it flow fails to reauthorize

We are currently seeing an issue with Bank of America returning an FDP-390 error in Quicken Simplifi. Using the "Fix it" flow sends users in a loop. This is occurring because Quicken Simplifi is trying to reconnect to the already migrated bank instance and will not allow users to reconnect to the old version.
If you are experiencing this issue in Quicken Simplifi, please follow these steps to connect to the new version of the bank instance:
- Make all of your Bank of America accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
