Cannot add new CITBank account - FDP-102 (edited)

I'm trying to establish a new account with CitBank. Simplifi cannot connect. I can connect using my browswer with no problem. I have establish three other account sucessfully.

I tried many times to establish this connect. I get the message..

"Please enter a valid username and password. Try again."

Could somebody besides the AI support assist me?

    Thanks for reaching out! From our end, I can see the FDP-102 error you are experiencing when trying to connect to CIT Bank in Quicken Simplifi. Users generally receive error code FDP-102 when our connection with their bank is being throttled by the bank, limiting the number of successful connection attempts. Users will still be able to access their bank’s website directly, and this error typically resolves itself after 24-48 hours.

    I can see that you are using the "CIT Bank Online" instance when trying to connect. Have you tried the CIT Bank instance, "CIT Bank N.A Login", available in Quicken Simplifi, to see if this works better for you?

    If this still doesn't work, I would allow 48 hours to see if the issue resolves itself, and then try connecting again. Let us know how this goes!
