National Grid Bill Connect amount not updated in Simplifi (edited)

I have connected National Grid to a recurring bill. Simplifi emailed a few days ago to announce a new bill (confirmed amount):
However, the reminder itself isn't getting updated:
I saw another post recently which got closed. I have reset the connection to no avail.

Thank you for letting us know! We will want to verify if disconnecting and reconnecting the biller resolves the issue seen here. You can follow these steps below to disconnect the biller:
- Navigate to Settings > All Recurring.
- Locate the Recurring Series that you'd like to disconnect and click the three dots at the end of it.
- Select Disconnect biller.
- Click Disconnect to confirm.
Afterward, try reconnecting to the biller to see if the amount and due dates start updating correctly. Let us know how this goes for you!
