Ability to limit date range of downloaded transactions (edited)

I have an account that has been manual up to now, but I want to link it to the financial institution. All the transactions in the account are already up to date and I don't want to download them again. I especially don't want to end up with a bunch of duplicate transactions.

Please allow the user to specify how far back they would like to go to limit the initial downloaded transactions. User should be able to say "None," "Just Today" or specify a date to start downloading.

EDIT: I think this would also be helpful for people who are trying to reconnect an account after they have to disconnect to fix some issue.
