Saving splits is not working; returned to the original transaction and the splits are gone (edited)
seems we always have unexplained issues
splits not working. You can enter the split, but then you’re asked to tap continue where you are returned to the original transaction and the split is gone.

I haven't had any issue with this. l sometimes when I am making several changes to a transaction, I get a notice inside the edit box to update before continuing — this is a relatively new thing.
Could you provide more details? Is this on the web app or the phone app? Both?
So you go to save the transaction, and then the split is gone? This happens from time to time I guess but it's a glitch where isomehow you've lost the connection to the database. But it shouldn't happen often. It's a hazard with any online app.
I would close and reopen the app, sign in again. Check the internet connection, etc.
