My Watchlists have been broken ever since I first signed up for Quicken nearly three years ago. They always show zero dollars of spending in every category no matter how much is actually spent. I reported the issue at the time, and have been following up with customer support every few months, with no progress or updates whatsoever. Every time I'm told that my ticket is still open and being worked on, but there are no further updates.
Now, for the first time ever, customer support told me that there have been other reported cases of this issue in addition to mine. When I first posted about this in the forum, the coaches told me it is likely a problem specific to my personal dataset. I just searched the forum again but found no posts about this. Does anyone else have this problem?
I have found it hard enough to believe (and extremely frustrating) that one of the core features of the software simply does not work for me with no resolution or explanation from customer service in the course of two and a half years. But if this issue is affecting other users as well, I find it even harder to believe that Quicken is apparently doing nothing to address it.
