NEW 5/26/26: NetExchange Investor / NetxInvestor FIs - Missing Accounts / FDP-106

We are currently seeing an issue with NetExchange Investor returning an FDP-106 error in Quicken Simplifi. Users are also reporting missing accounts. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.

The list of current affected FIs are:

  • NetExchange Investor
  • Raymond James Bank
