Ability to hide zero-dollar ($0) upcoming reminders (edited)

Some reminders are zero-dollar, such as those for credit cards for which there is no charge in a month. There should be an option to hide these in Bills and Income dashboard card, the reminders section of Transaction view, etc., to more easily see actual upcoming transactions
