Unable to connect to Discover Card "User Access Denied" (edited)

User Access Denied: Access Denied, Connecting with partnerUid: discover_prod for intuitProperty: quicken, intuitUserId: 9411835537820475, intuitRealmId: 9341456802968901 on user authorization, error_code: access_denied
Care Code: access_denied

I'm not able to connect to discover card account. I've added the account manually for now, but saw that this issue was resolved. Please help.

    @dwheel3quic, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    When checking your connection attempts on our end, I'm not seeing any for Discover Card in Quicken Simplifi, which means they aren't even reaching our servers. I'm also not seeing any known issues regarding a "User Access Denied" error, so I'm not sure what you're referring to there.

    With that, have you ever had your Discover accounts added to Quicken Simplifi, or is this your first time adding them? Have you tried from a different browser or in incognito mode, by chance? If not, I would recommend doing so, in case something in your primary browser is blocking the connection.
