The gentleman that helped me was unusually patient. He listened well and solved my issue. Also, he taught me how to do some things with Simplifi. I very much appreciate his assistance.
I tried to submit this feedback via the email link provided but it didn't work because I had just submitted feedback on another issue and support conversation.
