why was this denied?
@Frustrated, you can read the reason here:
I hope this helps!
nope, that's not a real answer. That looks like ideology to me. Simplifi literally advertises "Works with any budget style" on your home page but that's seems to be misleading. It also doesn't answer why its not an option. [removed - disruptive]
Was there any consideration for users that enter their transactions manually?

Summary: I’d like a rolling balance column in the transaction history for each account so I can see the account balance after every transaction.
Problem: When reviewing account activity, it’s hard to quickly understand how each transaction affected the balance over time. I can see the individual amounts, but not the running account total at each point in the register. That makes it harder to trace balance changes, verify transactions, and understand when my balance increased or dropped.
Requested Solution: Add a rolling balance / running balance column to the transaction history within each account that shows the account balance immediately after each transaction posts.
Helpful details:
Why this matters: A rolling balance column would make account registers much easier to use for reconciling activity, spotting unexpected changes, and understanding cash flow inside a specific account, as well as assisting with balancing an account
Example use case: If I’m reviewing my checking account, I want to see exactly what my balance was after rent cleared, after my paycheck posted, and after smaller purchases hit, without having to calculate it manually.
Expected benefit: This would improve account clarity, reduce manual math, and make transaction history more useful for day-to-day balance tracking.
